By simply allowing the credit balance to drain to zero, the account will be suspended. As long as no funds are added and "Auto Top Up" is not enabled, the account will remain suspended but still active if you ever reconsider. How do I cancel/stop a Silent World (minute accounts) subscription from auto-renewing?
To stop a subscription from automatically renewing at the end of each billing cycle, either monthly or yearly, please follow these steps or contact us at https://support.silentcircle.com/customer/portal/emails/new and we will close the account for you.
1. Log in to the account on our website.
2. Once logged in, click on the avatar at the top right of the screen and select 'Account Details'.
3. Under 'Payment history', click on 'Edit Billing Details'.
4. A new window will appear on your screen. Un-tick the box next to 'Auto renew' and click on 'Update Account'. Your account will not renew automatically at the end of the current billing cycle.
