How do I cancel/stop my subscription from auto-renewing?
To stop your subscription from automatically renewing at the end of each billing cycle, either monthly or yearly, please follow these steps or contact us at email@example.com and we will close the account for you.
1. Log in to you account on our website.
2. Once logged in, click on the avatar at the top right of the screen and select 'Account Details'.
3. Under 'Payment history', click on 'Edit Billing Details'.
4. A new window will appear on your screen. Un-tick the box next to 'Auto renew' and click on 'Update Account'. Your account will not renew automatically at the end of the current billing cycle.
