No. Verizon and Sprint are fundamentally still CDMA carriers, although they are deploying LTE as 4G technology, which is supported by Blackphone. Even once "Voice-over-LTE" is fully deployed, there are significant barriers, including:
- Blackphone's chipset does not support "Voice-over-LTE"
- Blackhpone's radio does not support the required frequencies
- In poor coverage areas without LTE, Blackphone would not work at all since it can't fall back to CDMA
We have no plans for a CDMA version of the phone, and the GSM version is not compatible with CDMA networks.
